So, Sheftalia.

I used to go to a place called Kyriacos in Geroskipou, they did the best Sheftalia I've had. They've exchanged ownership now and the other kebab houses around there suck for them

The reason being, I'm sure they made the Sheftlia a little different from the bog standard meat, parsley, cinnamon, salt, pepper, flour and banna mix. Anyone got any suggestions? I'ma gonna try adding a little potato next time, they were the nicest because they weren't too meaty...
