Lahmacun is one of my confirmed favourites with some 'Ayran' to wash it down, mmmmmmmmm...i fancy some now you know. :D

So, Sheftalia.

I used to go to a place called Kyriacos in Geroskipou, they did the best Sheftalia I've had. They've exchanged ownership now and the other kebab houses around there suck for them :(

The reason being, I'm sure they made the Sheftlia a little different from the bog standard meat, parsley, cinnamon, salt, pepper, flour and banna mix. Anyone got any suggestions? I'ma gonna try adding a little potato next time, they were the nicest because they weren't too meaty...

i love afelia, very oily, meaty with chunky potatoes. i dont care for molihiya or gologas.
