It's not suprising really.
House prices up or down.
Bills down now up.
£ up now down
Rain pissing down.
6 months winter on the way.
Living in Peyia.
Car tax up, petrol up.
just a few to get you thinking, if they were not moaning everybody would say the Brits are an odd lot.

High interest rates -this one depends on the EU
electric costs - cheaper than UK
Council tax - what you pay a year in Cyprus you pay per month in UK
Crappy 'rubbish collection' service - as good or as bad as the Uk, but cheaper
£15 for a bottle of wine in a restaurant - what wine are you drinking?
£3 for a pint - 4 euros in Cyprus depends where you drink
No summer again - too much summer in Cyprus

Too sum things up, you just like to moan
