How can a small black hole swallow the universe when there are black holes everywhere in the universe???

I saw the program on it and they are after finding the
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Higgs_boson which apparently gives mass to particles and explains nearly all the physics we know. The chances of a black hole forming are pretty low. Some scientists are exited by not finding it as well because it will mean starting again.

The Black Hole will start off the size of the smallest Higgs Boson then expand as it swallows up all that cheese and chocolate
