How much would one expect to pay for a 2 bed apartment with or without a shared pool in-:


1, Larnaca
2, Limassol
3, Paphos
4, Nicosia

I will have about £60 GBP to spend

I have to assume you're talking about £60000? In which case that's about £48,000CYP

For that kind of money you might be able to get a basic 1 or 2 bed apartment but not much more... In respect to getting land and building on it, £48000CYP might buy you a plot of land but nothing more. Cyprus is no longer that cheap, you either need plenty of cash to buy or you need to know people in order to get the price knocked down significantly.
