I think many are trying to get out before they are repossessed, prices are definately falling in some areas, here's some quotes from another site:-

Two bed house
Hi - thanks for the interest. The house is beautifully furnished and maintained.

It would be available from Sept 2009 and we would be offering the house at OA 185000Euros.

Hi - house sold for 150000 euros. We think we are lucky to have sold it. Xx

Three bed flat
Feb 2009 Offers invited around €175,000

The price has just crashed on this property.

Now Only €150,000

I know of a group of some 50-100 families who are risk of having their properties re-possed in 2010. I am involved in a legal battle currently, which has cost me €25,000+ I think I shall be OK but I fear for many others.

Official your Main Home in the UK is at risk.

If you default on your Cyprus property the Banks here, will persue you in the UK and look for payment or place a charge on your UK assets.

It may take up to 18 months (longer if you can prove it is your home),

It may sound therefore that you have time, but every interest and charges will be added, We helped someone recently and found that the bank had added another 10% their interest payment. So they were paying 16.2 % per year.
