You can easily get from Piraeus to Rhodes - there should be a sailing of some sort every day of the week albeit with idifferent lines - Blue Star, G&A and Lane Lines.
rhodes is the pivot port for Limassol ...
The Salamis cargo ship in fact departs from IKONIO port which took some finding (!).

I checked with Salamis Lines. They are no longer accepting passengers but no doubt would transport your motorbike so you wd have to fly out & collect on arrival!
