Can we assume that you support the PKK?

I support all organisations that fight for self determination, except those who fight for enosis as well as those who pretent to fight for self determination but actually are fighting for enosis - Piratis, GR, Oracle and Bafitis etc.

I have no problem with that. A sticky prob on this forum though; esp with regards to the Cyprus Problem. All the people of Cyprus have the same right you mentioned above. Perhaps , what you are fighting against is the venom spouted by the GC partitionists. :?

Deniz, there is a world of difference between self determination and imposing ones will on others. If they chose joining greece, they can take their part of the island and do as they wish, but if they try to force the TCs to join them, then its no longer self determination.
Some forum members As well as MrX are very clever at disguising their real intentions. Talat is the best to sort them out.
We need a several stage peace process. Single stage will be disaster.

Well, lets hope that Enosis will never be an option for the GC's. It is time to see their sincerity.

What if Talat loses in the elections though? :?

No need to worry, These elections will not alter anything with the negotiations, if they are not sorted by the end of this year then they will not be sorted which is why Talat is not standing for the next Presedential ellection in 2010. It is the best approach to snooker MrX to take the negotiation more seriously than he has been doing so far.

So the new comer will be more steadfast? (who ever he may be). No wonder I hate politics. You make it sound like Mr T is giving up the ghost. If the policies will not change, how come 'the winner' will be his opposition? Please dont answer as it will be beyong me to understand this.

God help us. (I dont really believe in that either)

Deniz come on. It does not matter who is in goverment as far as negotiations are concerened. The President of TRNC namely Talat will continue with the negotiations. If the agreement is reached, it will go to the vote and Eroglu may or may not oppose it. People will decide.

What was it that touched the raw nerve, the comment about elections in the south,
And they claim to be democratic.
