Lovernomore - you will have to send our wise and tolerant Admin a pm with the jpg and ask him/her to kindly post it for you in the member's section of the avatar galleries from where you can access it in the usual way.

(There are maximum sizes for these avatars and no animated ones and definitely no dodgy flags)

Yes, there is picture of GR with Turkish membrs and DT Bananiot I see long time before. GR look like my new avatar but he had shorert hair.
