Paradise on earth , the sun the sea , clear blue skies , the people too , wonderful lot , good sense of humour too and an insatiable appetite for the good life , excellent souvla mouth watering salads , love the fish too and my all time favourite , "ameletita "on the charcoal , lambs liver , hearts, "Glitsia " white " liver " plenty of lemon and parsley sizzling hot washed down with a bottle or two.

I will be doing that next week , arriving on Friday , Kourium beech on Saturday for fresh fish , lunch at the Amathus on Sunday , and a birthday party , a year old , Yiannis my little bundle of joy , oh boy life could not be better so much so that my wife is joining me for our few days on the most gorgeous island on earth.

I'm arriving " incognito " in view of my concerns regarding a certain guy and 15 reservists. !!! Will be wearing a grey suit and a pink flowery shirt with a navy blue tie .
Wonder if he will accept my genuine offer to join me for a drink

I'm only staying till March 25th , so I'm certain that the weather will be a lot better than in London, besides I have always been "lucky " weather wise I plan to get my feet wet at least at Kourion !!

Miltiades, Limassol Amathus is closed for refurbishment and I beleive will not open until early April. Give them a call to make sure. Give me a call as well so we can meet this time around.
