I watch the extra time (4 minutes) after the Cyprus game was over. Greece missed 2 huge chances to score in those 4 minutes!

I saw on the TV that the attendance was a little over 1,000 with Liecthenstien getting over 2,500 fans for their Latvia game.

What is it with the poor attendances at games? It confuses me as Cyprus is meant to be a very passionate football nation! Can you still be passionate from your armchair??? Errrm No

Talking about attendances, England got over 85,000 in a meaningless friendly at home to minnows Slovakia. Does any other nation in the world get such attendances for minor games?

I really doubt. Even in South America I think they stuggle to pull crowds for friendlies.

I just think that is how the english love for football is show, it doesn't who we play, where or what in there will always be huge support for England. Personally, I am not a fan of the English football team!!

Just came back from the game must of been around 4000 people there....(most peole in cyprus games get in with freebies so they dount show on the ticket count)

Bad game, non-existent penalty but good finish if you consider half our main players are absent with injury.

That would explain that then lol!

I saw most of the game online before the stream went down. As everyone has being saying it was very poor with both sides favouring the long ball. Some very poor passing was on show and I am shocked 3 goals came out of this game as after 5 minutes I was expecting a 0-0
