What is the best place in Cyprus to take my bicycle and have a ride?

If you go to MapMyRide, a really very good website for walkers, road cyclists and trail biking http://www.mapmyride.com/search_site and the enter 'Cyprus' in the search field, it will generate a list of plotted routes. Clicking on the links will produce routes using Google Earth. If you register you can add your own preferred routes for others to enjoy.
