I just Pinged 213.171.218.99 and got the following results:
Packets sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss), Approximate round trip = 369ms

We're just manually calling out to them to check for their presence on the network, kinda like… “Hello… anybody home?” and the reply at the time was "100% packet loss"!
