Save yourself a lot of trouble - unless you plan to retire here, don't bother coming!

If you have money and don't need to work, you will like it here, but if you need to work forget it! The Cypriots are slave drivers, they pay peanuts and are very racist to anybody that isn't a fellow Cypriot.

If you must, come here for a month or two to find out for yourself, but being on holiday here with a wallet full of cash to spend is different from living here - and you WILL be treated differently!

Cypriots only want to know when you are spending!

Oh, and if you have a daughter, don't bring her here! I have a friend who has to leave here because of the sexual predators that are the male Cypriots! They see non-Cypriot woman as easy and really give them a hard time no matter where they are or what they are wearing! My friend has a lovely 17 year old daughter and they are leaving because of the men over here!

Expat seems to have a lot of friends who tell him things but little first hand experience of anything... I've reached the conclusion that he must be so fat he can't leave his house, can't reach the aircon (hence his complaints about the weather), is abused by his cleaner and has to get his food delivered (hence the high price)...
