The question is simple.
Any opinions and objections are more than welcome.

well, after a lot of thought i voted yes. i asked myself if in case of a greek thread i would continue to take part in the english one,the answer was yes.
this depends on the individual person.if we like our small community we will be able to keep it alive(i mean the english one).if we fail it means it was fake.......

The question you should really ask is whether a solely Greek or Turkish thread would exclude members of the other community...

I have no problem with threads in either Greek or Turkish, so long as the poster takes the time to provide a good translation in english, that would ensure that the other community aren't excluded. I have noted Sk, that you have done so in Leon's misguided Greek only thread, whereas Leon persists in typing in Greek alone...

Not necessarily, it would just mean that for many people it takes less effort to type in your native language rather than have to translate everything. It would also mean that this forum turns into just another 'let's bash the Greeks/Turks' arena, of which many exist elsewhere. It'd be a sad indictment of the intellectual quality of the members here if it does.

Just to make myself clear im not proposing an infinite amount of topics in greek/turkish.
Just 1-2 for each language just to experiment and see how it goes.
