She's a quarter Turkish-Cypriot.

In fact, there are not many Greek-Cypriot women here, are there? Or are they hiding?

Turkey (* he means that one of her grandparents was TC, so her father/mother was 1/2 TC, who then married an english person, which makes her 1/4 TC... whatever, she has TC heritage, that's what he means.

Well we all have 4 grandparents right, so if only one of them is TC then i guess she will be 1/4 TC too.
An american friend of mine told me his roots come from up to 6 different countries  .
