The below notes are between 6 individual trying to find out the times of the "air show" by the uninformed and uneducated morons on Forum 44.! :lol:

in cyprus today it says 1745!

friend just phoned he said its 1500!

next door thinks its 1200!

so does anybody know what time it is on??

will be interesteting to see if anyone thinks its differant time to that above!

Reading in Cyprus today

it Starts at 4pm at Ataturk Statue

I thought it was 3 pm. No matter, listen for the jets and then you'll know it's started!

Kick off is 17.45... but get there early for a good place, as it will be packed.

That ceremony will start at 10.00 o’clock in the morning.

Another wreath laying ceremony will be held at the Lefkosa Martyrs’ Monument as from 08.30 am.

A separate ceremony will also be held at the Yavuz Cikarma Beach in Alsancak where Turkish troops first landed in 1974.

As part of other events tomorrow, the Turkish Stars Aerobatics team will be performing a show above Girne Harbor at 6 pm.

Similar ceremonies will also be held in other big towns throughout the Republic.

Sunday's Kibris newspaper says show starts at 6pm Ataturk Memorial Girne followed by band at 7pm- guess this cant be wrong!

I was banned after 20 minutes - it's only a forum for single minded people and you are not allowed to voice your opinions. Like Milti, I was polite but still got kicked out.

My ban expires in 2029 though!!!!!

The Greeks are no champions of organization, but at least they have the flyover of March 25th figured out. I have been following it (involuntarily, my house is in the flight path) for 35 years, it is always bang on 11.00 am.
