Back in the US and Canada, many farms leave a portion of their land available to be picked by visitors and then charge by weight. As a kid, I used to pick blueberries and strawberries and then the folks at the farm would weigh the fruit and my parents would pay for how many pounds/kilos we picked.

Is this type of thing available in Cyprus? I'm a parent now of a kid who I think would be delighted to do so. It looks like it would make for a good time out.

Used to love going to these farms in the UK when I was a kid. Good family day out in the sunshine. Am curious myself if there is such a place in Cyprus.

Small one up the hill on the opposite side of the rd from Doros. The guy will let you pick his fruit and veg for yourself. No strawberries though, short season best in April.
