Susanna
I see you have been well looked after by two of the gentlemen on this forum. If I may add that although I agree with everything they have said it may be worth bearing in mind that some of the Hotels in Paphos are elegant and befitting of their star status while others perhaps a little less so, but of course still suitable for their clientelle. I guess it's horses for courses and the price will be indicative of service levels. I only mention it just in case you wished for somewhere peacefull to retreat to but found that a theme night was on each & every night until late. Perhaps it is just my old age shining through but I thought you may wish to consider it.
Have a wonderful holiday

I met a few guys from Cyprus back in School ... ehem ... 12 years ago ... but I remember we got along very welll, very friendly people! I look forward to the holidays! THANKS AGAIN.

I hope people see and appreciate what nice replies they get when they do not turn each and every single thread into something funny, rude, or whatever off the topic.....

:-) not you in particular, but you as well - sometimes. Along with a few others. I personally just dont think its nice to post silly/funny/useless answers when someone is new in the forum and seeks advice. I would be angry as well when it happened to me. Its simply not polite imho.

Sorry, if offending anyone, I like to be honest and straight forward....

No, appreciate your honesty. At times I can be quick to make a joke at a new person's expense and I've tried to curtail it recently but just making jokes at Demetriou's expense... hope that's acceptable!
