Very much so, in fact it was one of the pre-concert complaints - hence why Ms. Dynamite (has been) was parachuted in to redress the paucity of black talent on display. I also think they've missed a trick by not promoting some African artists through these concerts. The only one I've seen so far is the ubiquitous Youssou N'Douur

wouldn't say so, but it seems all the really big names were in London.

I cant believe James Brown is in the country and he isnt on the bill. Did you notice how they picked white artists to fulfil the black music performances. Mariah Carey for rnb and UB40 for reggae.

JB was in Paris re... did you see him perform with Joss Stone on Jonathan Ross' program last night... it was awesome man

Yes, thats what I noticed as well. Especially on that occasion I would have expeted many more african artists taking part/being invited.

Well if James Brown was in Paris...id get Roy Ayers (as he lives in London now)...and I wouldnt care if most of the young white crowd wouldnt know him...I KNOW he would get the crowd moving.

The whole show needs something funky injected into it.
