It should be İzmir(Smyrna), the city overwhelmingly inhabitted by Greeks until 1923 but the colour there indicates a caucasian population was there.

The blue probably represent the Circassians http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Circassians

Large numbers of them settled in and around Antalya after they left the Caucasus, although the map gives the impression that they were the majority there when they werent and never have been.

The british-made map below shows the ethnic groups in 1896. The inhabitants of Cyprus are clearly identified as Greeks (colour & Gr.).

For the accuracy of the map, look where it says Turkey and where is says Osmanli. A bit bizarre, wouldnt you say?
