i noticed that there are lots of adverts on this site selling land/property int he north. As some of them are likely to be illegally owned. does this mean that Admin is allowing someone to promote illegal things??

i am not suggesting to stop these ads becasue it keeps the forum running but...

Admin DON'T get to say what adverts are placed on the forum by Google. Google instead use their bots to browse the forum and they are picking up key words meaning that the ads are decided by the key words. Should alot of topics start to come up about apples, you'd see apple adverts.

If you click on "Ads by Gooogleee" link, it tells you everything...

If you go to http://www.cypenv.org/ , you will come to a site with nearly 20 essays on the environment and energy in Cyprus. Each page has one such ad at the top. Just skim through them and you will clearly see how the ads are targeted according to the subject matter of each essay.

You cannot blame Mr Admin for hypocrisy. You could perhaps write to Mr Google asking him not to accept money from N. Cyprus hoteliers, but I doubt whether you will get very far.
