Is it going down to 17 as of 2010????

They should put it upto about 30 and put all Cypriot drivers through a series of tough training courses for 10 years!

They are bloody awful drivers!!!

i agree

1 cypriot driver was hooting at me because i stopped at a pedestrian crossing to let some tourists walk, which is the LAW!!

and the cypriot driver hooted at me and overtook and just cut in front of the pedestrians walking.

They over-take in crazy places. Beep their bloody horns. One arm smoking a fag and one arm out of the window - do they drive with their knees?

Patience? what's that?

BUT, I have had drivers who have cut me up and tootle along at about 5mph's justs looking around at the scenery then just stop in the middle of the road to talk to a friend.!.......ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

i was driving my bike down hill and a car was over taking hit me!!! when i went to hospital police said he was russian.. so not only cypriots drivers mad!!

yes america its 16 and some others i think but also in canada its 15! but you can only drive an automatic at that age..

probably why they say oo0o0 look im learning to drive stick
