Music 'Event' : Evening of Drum & Bass

Postby BigDutch » Sat Oct 17, 2009 11:50 pm

something for the winter ;) once this heatwave blows by

A Pafos first ......

Nexus marks the beginning of something truly unique in Pafos. A new beginning against a background of repetition and 'me too' nights out.

Nexus is a whole evening of internationally produced uptempo sounds dropped by locally based DJs.

Progressing from the deeper minimalist sounds to the latest dance floor smashers this will be an evening to remember.

Its the first ever event of a new style of music for Pafos so there is no past experience to go on regards to demographics. I would be expecting early twenties to late thirties with a few either side but as far as im concerned its all about the music rather than the fashion :)

Whether you love or hate 'bar street' the venue is fair sized with facilities with a reasonable sound rig ... ticks most of the requirements eh ? :)

Oh of course! It's all a matter of person preferences! :) I just don't like the atmosphere in Bar Street in general but as far as venues goes i think it's pretty well equipped bar to bar :)

Kangarooster, approach Woodyz from that 'mega casino' place and you, technically, won't have to enter 'bar street' and thus avoid what i think bothers you ;)

What do you have to do with Woody's exactly? :) Arrange a CF meeting there and book us a table if you're the owner or manager or smth :P
