This is absolutely true; yesterday my son and his family visited London. After they had visited the Natural History Museum they went to the Houses of Parliament and strolled aroud Westminster, my daughter-in law was asked for the time by an American tourist. She burst out laughing, she thought the woman was joking. They were standing next to Big Ben. The tourist said "I heard it chiming but couldn't find it"
