As kids we would buy sheeps heads from the butchers and spoon out the brains............after boiling ofcourse. But sheeps eggs is a delicacy all over Cyprus isnt it? Surely you have eaten sheeps testicles. Come on now be brave and admit it. Its just like a soft boiled egg without the yolk. Hmmmm.
