i dont have a real bike.. ive got a girly bike lol and havent usd it since it started to get cold

and few days ago, some one came to my house with a paper signed from the government asking me about my bike papers , insurance etc!! and i was wondering why i thought this is bit freaky, may be i killed someone and i dont know it.. now it makes sense tho i still have to go to trafic police with my bike papers!!
