There is no "pitiful demise". The Greeks have moved on; you have not!

Same with the Egyptians, Babylonians, Romans, Vikings ... etc

More importantly; why have some "nations" not changed for hundreds of years ....

Moved on to what exactly Oracle?

How about we take it slow and propose a total separation of Church and State were men of cloth can keep their opinions to themselves and not promote this Ellinon/Christianon(ENOSIS(?)/Crap) mythology/'oxymoron'?

I blame Greek church harder than you, but stating that Greeks in Greece and Cyprus lost renaissance because of it is something else.

1453 onward Church was just the long arm of Ottomans in the Greek World my friend.

Just as I thought! No reply is an answer and one which is perfectly befitting the nation that has "moved on" to "bigger and better" things, and which does not have the balls to stand up to Turkey and try and fix the mess it started by acting as a Guarantor to the RoC for once!

Progress my foot!

Where do you expect them to be? Still wearing laurel leaves and togas?

They're at least where any other nation of 10 million is, given their forced over-expenditure on military defence.

If you have a case, present it, but "emoticon" accentuated non-statements don't get you very far.

I expect them to take responsibility for the mess they created. I expect them to apologize to the long suffering Cypriot people for dividing the island of Cyprus. I expect Greece to behave like a Guarantor Power to Cyprus and send in its Spartan Warriors instead of behaving like a nation of whores!

You don't have any idea what your talking about. You Greekos really do like to create myths to excuse the fact that Greece is nothing more than a waste of space that has offered nothing whatsoever to modern civilization.

http://www.google.com/publicdata?ds=wb- ... xpenditure

Greek Military Expenditure is only 3.54% of GDP.

Next Greek Myth please.....

Don't worry! I have a strong case.

And I will present it within Cyprus Problem as soon as I have time.

Someone is going to need to tell you Greekos that Greece needs to behave like a Guarantor and a "mother" to Cyprus, and not act like a nation of Bitches with no dignity thus enforcing Cyprus to also act without dignity by negotiating with an invader only because Greece is a gutless nation of whores!
