I’d have to go see a psychiatrist if the last thing I wanted to see was the Turkification of Cyprus, like most Turkish Cypriots want... wouldn't you say?

Why cannot Cyprus be a military free zone? This would please both sides and remove the bases (in theory) .It works for the swiss .

If history is anything to go by, Cyprus has the misfortune of having some of the craziest neighbors on the planet… so we can never relax in that department and just hope for the best! :lol:

F**king hell, Germany were pretty close to the swiss (,but i think those army knifes scared them off..)you cannot get a worse neighbour than Hitler..

Cyprus has been predominantly (if not 100%) Christian almost since the birth of Christ and the very first country to embrace and then spread Christianity to Europe, so for the last odd millennium we’ve been fighting off Muslim lunatics who almost encircle Cyprus, and trying to eliminate us!

We’re the last bastion of Christianity that borders with the start of Muslim territory (the East), so if anything the West should’ve been alarmed by Turkish aggression against Cyprus instead of taking such a complacent stance!
