okkk i donno to be honest, but i think Cypriots normally have beautiful black hair, but they do use load of products on their hair, astraighten it then curly it every week !! no wonder, the hair doesnt survive and fall down after ciuple of years!

Well I am sure it must be, if the Oracle says so. But what is an Asian trait? White hair? Blue eyes? Or little body hair?

And for all you know, I might well be Chinese or Asian!

Should have made this a double question really - why are Cypriots in general so ultra hairy (I mean some of them have hair on their head and it just keeps going down to their feet) and why are so many older Cypriot women balding on top?

Three reasons i can think of

1. Visiting a bad hair dressing salon. (Z4 could advise on this)
2. Over excited with the razor
3. A depilatory cream mixed in with the shampoo by an angry husband

Serious question. The majority of 'past middle age' Cypriot women I see are very thin on top.

The majority of women with androgenic alopecia have diffuse thinning on all areas of the scalp. Men on the other hand, rarely have diffuse thinning but instead have more distinct patterns of baldness. Some women may have a combination of two pattern types. Androgenic alopecia in women is due to the action of androgens, male hormones that are usually present in only small amounts. Androgenic alopecia can be caused by a variety of factors tied to the actions of hormones, including, ovarian cysts, the taking of high androgen index birth control pills, pregnancy, and menopause. Just like men, the hormone DHT appears to be at least partially to blame for the miniaturization of hair follicles in women suffering with female pattern baldness. Heredity plays a major factor in the disease.

So that's it then: Cypriot women are man-like and inter-bred.
It would explain why they don't have hair on their heads but acres of it everywhere else, and also why they all seem to related to each other, if only remotely.

No.2 - they'd have to be very over excited if they intended to shave their arms or back and got carried away right to the top of their heads!

I have noticed that it is always the very crown of the head.

No.2 - they'd have to be very over excited if they intended to shave their arms or back and got carried away right to the top of their heads!

I have noticed that it is always the very crown of the head.

On the crown could be the patting of the head by the husband giving assurance after slyly filling the shampoo bottle
