The Best Restaurant in Cyprus - North or South.

I challenge anyone to try Tango to Buddha in Kyrenia and tell me it isn't the best restaurant in Cyprus.
Tip: You'll need to book at least 3 weeks in advance for a Saturday evening. 8)

There is a very good fish Taverna in Zigi - but I am just thinking that if too many people post their recommendations, they might all end up having to book 3 wks in advance.

I wouldn't dream of booking 3 weeks in advance. If they are taking that much money, can't they expand their premises a bit to fit a few more tables in?

If you are really interested in recommendations for eateries - you will find that C44 consists of very little else and they are calling for people to add to the lists.

I can recommend the Flint-stones Pub on the main road in Protaras, we went there on a night when I didn't fancy the buffet in the hotel. Flint-stones Special Garlic Mushrooms are to die for, stuffed with hullumi cheese and ham on a salad bed with a garlic dressing.

you could only define the best restaurant in cyprus if you sampled all the recommendations - perhaps Michelin would pop over for an unbiased list of the best? :)

The usual obfuscating waffle, spoken as a get-out so that you don't have to swallow your words if/when you ever went there. :D

Anyone who uses a complicated web site to promote anything is a little suspect.

Cyprus, north south east and west has nothing like Chez Agnes in Paris. Restaurant owners should take a trip there sometime to see what a real restaurant looks and feels like. One woman with one assistant turn out top class meals in a sedate environment and, no, they do not put sparkles in the drink!
