It seems to me that VP is one of the most stupid "Cypriot".
Considering the percentage of people with university education both sides of the border, we can see the funny side of that statement.

Perhaps it will be a small comfort for VP that he can now join the ranks of the not-quite-so-stupid, who are slowly, slowly reaching critical mass.
