It could also be, the moment there is a settlement in Cyprus, he will be extradited to the UK and thrown in the slammer, so perhaps he figured to try and get all his legal problems sorted out in the UK now. Perhaps Asil Nadir knows something about the outcome of the settlement talks than most.!
