Having been a professional musician many moons ago I find rapping an insult to music , people do of course have different tastes not all can have a refined eclectic taste , some like rubbish some like.... caviar !!!!
My all time great singers are mostly black Americans starting with Dynah Washington , Ella Fitzgerald , the great Nat king Cole , Nina Simone , the goddess Julie London and last but not least baby voice Billie Holiday !

Can Eminem play any musical instrument at all?
Can he sing? By that I mean real singing, in tune, in key, vibrato, etc

Me thinks spikin bad english and talking about the getto will make ppl think that im an artist of some sort!

All I have to do is barely muster a few words together and then find a producer that would do all the work, some 6 packs and a few quotes about ganja and guns, and wallah!

I am now an artist of the uneducated!

Funny... Eminem's childhood 'ghetto' upbringing wasn't all that well documented.... was it?

Deep lyrics, nice singing, nice instruments... i know i'm fighting a losing battle in this thread but here's just one song which i think disproves your arguments.
There's hundreds more which may be more likely to sway your opinions but this just so happened to come on while i was reading this thread.
