is anybody out there having problems with a new build in anarita chorio delivery dates are forever being put back any suggestions on what to do

Pray or try and get out of it by checking the completion date on your contract but I wish you luck with the legal system here.

if i decide to keep this apartment what are the chances of getting my title deeds thrown in with some compensation

Between zero and nil to be honest...

Although there was a case recently where an English (I think) couple got compensation... I'll try and find a link...
