As far as I know they are prettty much one and the same although I think the far eastern lady boys are usually going for the whole (sic) lot that is to say full gender re-assignment ....whereas the ones who tend to patrol the B'Pool area are just really into cross dressing.

I'll ask our lodger (Clive - he's Gay ) in the morning he'll be able to give you an authoritive answer.
