cytanet upgrades

Anything related to the Internet, computers and technology in general.

Sluggishness may also be due to a computer’s poor health (Windows wise)

Apparently so GR. However the IT bods who work for my company connected remotely and checked mine out and said it shouldn't be a problem. Also ran a few thingies on it.

However, as I am getting a brand new one in less than 2 wks time I won't waste too much time on tinkering with this one. It's still a good lappy but will be a spare now (save my daughter bringing hers with her) and I will hook it up for the BBC iVision thingie (or whatever it's called)

It's not all hunky dory in the UK for internet anyway. My boss lives in a part of darkest Devon where they haven't got cable yet - his speeds are worse than mine.

Not too keen on these new 'chicklet' style keyboards all the new ones seem to have.

not every one in england has perfect internet, much like any country and cyprus is no exemption though my cytanet has been very good with very little problems...

when you read reviews online you dont get very many people who want to say how amazing its been just to sign up to forums to say that, usually they sign up to get help and complain...

it all depends on location with adsl and cable how many in your area are on the same cable isp

49 Euro for 12Mb with Cablenet (including loads of TV and 2 phone lines), like mine!
