You will find it hard to get work here. You need an employer sponsor, who will pay a Bond and your airfare and off you a Contract.
But it is now not as simpleas that; while in the past Filapino and Sri Lankans could get work here, since we joined the EU there is now an offcial Governmner stance that foreign employment hshould go to EU Nationals.
Many Filipino and Sri Lankans are not having their employment Visas renewed, which is a great shame.

I have many friends among the Filino and Sri Lankan community here; they are not always treated well but stick it because they are (relatively) well paid.

Why not approach the Filipino Embassy in Cyprus and see what they say.
