I was watching the Jaco Pastorious version from the Joni Mitchell "Shadows and Light" concert. It was his "party piece" at the time. He was probably the best electric bassist up to that point and may be even till today. Man, did Joni have some backing band at that show, or what?

I am not sure if this is Baroque music played in a modern Jazz Style or modern jazz using a Baroque motif.

Good lawd... Nicholas Leptos, what a voice.

I have a problem with the Road to Macedonia album.
Not happy with the sound production, It sounds sub standard. It's a shame really, when you have a band oozing with such talent, i mean the sh** is coming out of their sleeves for f sakes.
Critically acclaimed album, yes, even by Bruce Dickinson's standards - he was impressed with it. But!
They deserve the best sound engineers and producers money can buy.
Hell, where's Chris Tsangarides when you need him?
