This time the villa of an owner living in the U.K. The husband died after the purchase, his illness exacerbated by the stress of this situation. THis time AKFINANS did not have it all their own way, a member of our legal team came, as did 4 newspapers.

Pauline Im so very sorry to hear this news. TRNC victim there does not seem to be any end to this behaviour. They have us over a barrel Im afraid.

Turkish Cypriot daily Afrika (16.03.11) reports that "police" evicted a British family at occupied Akanthu village. (TATLISU) "Police officers" forced Michael Tapp and his wife to leave their house and gathered hastily their belongings.



The eviction came after the director of Nesa Investment, retired colonel Salih Uz, applied to the police due to unpaid debts by the British family.
