Greece withdraws from World Children's Games

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby boulio » Tue Apr 26, 2011 10:48 pm

If a solution that we wanted was offered to us like the AP we would say yes and have proven this, its the GCs that have shown no goodwill.

So the real question is do the GCs really wants a solution when they have what they want.

As to arguing with my wife it really depends on whos wrong but for the record we very rarely argue.

i think the g/c do want a solution but not the ap plan that was so lopsided.

hmmmm, goodwill!Small word with a big consept.

As for your family life.My comment was meant to be an example rather then a question.Just shows how deep you can read into it!However,no,it doesn't matter who is in the wrong. If you want a peace at home, you bring the peace at home.

If the solution the GCs offered was beneficial to TCs and the whole island they would easily accept it but all thats on offer is GC domination and TC capitulation.

The only solution you want is partition. Spare us the BS and admit it.

Solution is something to work on,not constantly refuse it!
Then again I'd say that.My dad never accepted any land/property that was offered to him after the seperation, which in the eyes of some was seen as 'what a stupid man'.

So,yes,I have 'nothing' to lose but MY country to gain.

Being cynical is the worse service one can do to this place. There are many GC's and TC's who are genuinely interested in a solution that will unify Cyprus. Partitionists are found in both communities and these people if there is one thing they cannot stand is solution. In the GC community they are eventually coming out into the open and they are calling for the situation to remain as it is at worse and partition at best. Those who cannot see that there are genuine people in the GC or TC comminity are playing the tune of partition.

But BBF is disguised partition, which makes you a partitionist as well.

Kurupetian logic - prefers partition which will arrive for sure without BBF, but we already know this. Partition or bust!

BBF has not been defined. It is Mankind, kurupetos, that asks us to define it. our attempts at meeting this goal have been very small in the meantime because no effort has been made to change the debate from "GREEKTURK" to "Individual" "Person" (where others like the Maronites would have the power to sustain their distinct identity, as well).

vp, what would have been correct would have been to not invite Greece either, Turkey could have presented this (what remains an attempt at propaganda) display shamelessly, next year this event would play another venue where the "entertainment" and "education" would be different.

...just like the Grand Prix, it is your statelet that got the bloody nose in Turkey's efforts to lure her prize.
