In good hotels they have playgrounds and various events for children ... but for a child that small what you will probably need is a babysitter. I believe good hotels can provide that for an additional fee. Of course we also have water-parks, Luna-parks etc, but obviously you have to be with your child at all times in such places.

What Sotos said.............

Also IMHO Cyprus is a very child friendly country but is extremely hot in the summer months.

Not sure what sort of things you're looking for, perhaps you'd care to elaborate?

PS........why did you leave Fulham????? :?

Found the other end of the island more suitable for children, the south-east around Agia Napa; very much shallower sea and loadsa sandy beaches, and what more delights a 2 year old? Also with a lot of competition, good value for food and drink.

August is the hottest month Mark , have spent all my holidays in CYP .. you will find that you can take the little one with you both . There is lots to see and do in Larnaca on foot . I was so very impressed with the child friendly atmosphere, even in the evenings as its cooler then ... Enjoy your holidays also a camel Park on the outskirts .. but along Larnaca promonade there are concerts and a small fairground , so much happening there for the family
