Thanks for your kind sentiment, Mr. Cobbett. Had you substituted "you US lot" with "ya'll," I would swear ya'll was from south 'o the Mason-Dixon Line.

I had a chuckle ... particularly at the Betty Windsor bit 'cause recently, while waiting at the checkout in the supermarket, I happened upon a rag in which someone wrote a letter inquiring as to the surname of Prince William. I found it most amusing since surnames evolved from the need to identify one's lineage.

Pardon my ignorance, but what's "dimbo emall"?
