finally i made it!i am offically a medical doctor!!!i cant believe it!!!
i started packing my things and i should be back to cyprus in about 3 weeks!!!its such a nice feeling!!! :)

thanks everyone for your congratulations!!!
i will work for one year in the public sector(obligatory).then i will go abroad for my specialization(dont know yet on what)

sk, without a specialization can you work as a doctor? Or you will be a trainee until you get a specialization?

this one year is called pre-registration and we have to do it before registering in the cypriot medical association. it includes 6 months in an internal medicine department and six months in a surgery department. it is more or less a training course giving emphasis in the practise and not in theory like the universities
