Vitol [VITOLV.UL], one of the world's largest independent energy traders, said it will start building work on a 340,000-cubic-metre storage facility for gasoline, diesel and jet fuel and on a distribution terminal in Cyprus next month.

They have been talking about this for some time, and luckily they didn't start on it before El Presidente had his little accident next door!

The Reuters report is of December 8th. So the works start soon this month? Grate news. This means that they have no doubts that the first reserves found in 12 are worth it (and together with those of Israel, even more so).
