Hung out with my african american family in florida...damn those people can cook..I had some Baked turkey with stuffing some collard greens(xorta), virginia honey baked ham...with some Jawls(negroe Zalatina) yes sir...black people in america eat zalatina...they couldnt believe i knew and ate it too..

salmon pie, fennel salad with dill, and pumpkin pie.

...and for New Years, i'll be making pork chops marinated in whisky and maple syrup on a grill, mushrooms sauteed in red wine, a pasta with a cream and cheese sauce, rattatoui made with all kinds of peppers, leeks, onions and herbs.

...dessert, haven't got any ideas.
