And who/what do you suppose is to blame for all this?

They are both the original UN Sec General Reports from which believe the Republic derived this famous paragraph, the Self-Segregation Claim ...

"The Turkish Cypriot leaders have adhered to a rigid stand against any measures which might involve having members of the two communities live and work together, or which might place "Turkish Cypriots" in situations where they would have to acknowledge the authority of Government agents. Indeed, since the Turkish Cypriot leadership is committed to physical and geographical separation of the communities as a political goal, it is not likely to encourage activities by Turkish Cypriots which may be interpreted as demonstrating the merits of an alternative policy. The result has been a seemingly deliberate policy of self-segregation by the "Turkish Cypriots"

Oh .... thought you'd like to know it has now been archived at the UN. Yes, have seen Erol's versions... but no link to a source from them.

Both links work for me.

Yes, I've just noticed that for these links to work I must relax my IE security but I don't want to do that on my main machine here, and not to mention that I have no probs with any other site so this is a dodgy site making such demands!

It looks like a redirected cached version of what was once online at the UN...

http://daccess-dds-ny.un.org/doc/UNDOC/GEN/NL6/501/57/PDF/NL650157.pdf?OpenElement

but anyway, it would be nice for them to be available online via a click because sitting on my hard disk isn't useful as far as the website is concerned.

Well suggest we ask others on CF, with less security, to test these 2 links ...

Am getting an "end-user problem". Both links. Don't have any out-of-the-ordinary security settings I'm aware of. Very odd.
