Julio Iglesias suing illegal state and Terror based company

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Iglesias’ management company, which has a Turkish partner, was “deceived” over the status of the ‘TRNC’ claiming they were not aware it lacked “governmental characteristics”.

Now, more and more people will know. :)

And as for VP, who thinks the 'trnc' can sue:

Iglesias was unsuccessfully sued first by Voyager Cyprus Company which owns Merit Crystal Hotel. The company asked for its retainer fee back,

The cherry, Julio's management company ICTA:

... is being handled by Athan Tsimpedes, an American lawyer of Greek descent who has argued in the past that Greek Cypriots should use US courts to sue Turkey over property in the north.

In conclusion, a "Turkish partner" in Julio's management company is suing the "trnc" for 10 Million because of its deception and for lacking "governmental characteristics".

No, Zan. It was NOT their "ignorance" which was on trial but their criminality.

Quite rightly, you cannot plead ignorance when breaking the law. But, Julio didn't break any laws. It was the deception practiced by the "trnc"/Hotel which is on trial. Or is the "trnc" guilty of being ignorant of their own status?

This concert was planned to take place at what has been called The Merit Crystal Hotel. This is the Zephyros Hotel in Occupied Karavas, Kyrenia District.

The contract for the performance would have been signed in the USA.

To add to the irregularities of "government characteristics" and "illegal organisation" that are covered above , there are also other matters that should have been brought to JI's attention. By withholding all these inconvenient bits of info "tncr"/Voyager have, by being selective with the situation in the Occupied Areas, made their contract not only null and void but have also made themselves liable to claims from JI.

The "Merit Crystal Cove Hotel" isn't owned by this front company for the Criminal Conspiracy called "Voyager Kibris", but is in the ownership of a forcibly displaced CY, so to meet the terms of the contract by performing without the permission of the owner JI would have made himself liable to a civil action for Trespass by the owners... as well as Criminal Charges under chapter 154 of the Republic's criminal code.

Rejuvenation, my dear. Detox and toning. Try it. - (Just somebody's pet name for me, Zan. :) )

Anyway, mainland and Cyprus are all one happy Greek nation - or would be if the Turks would ever leave us in peace.

Detox! It would take at least 50 years half life in my case... :(

Last report I read showed that the RoC had 10% increase tourism in 2011 over 2010.

Not too bad if you ask me! :D

Cooking the books is something of a daily specialty in the north, isn't it, Zan?

Too many "specials" on that "trnc's" menu to mention!

I don't have the time to digest it all for you right now.

Just look at the results of the last so called census for God sake!
