Is there any on the island for short boards.

Do you mean if they sell short boards or if you can use them here?

They have a lot of windsurfing (and kite surfing) at Pissouri Bay and just along the coast – there is also a dedicated shop in the bay.

Not sure if the boards are short or long though…
