Furniture etc. Buy For Let ??

Postby MoscowMale » Thu Sep 22, 2005 1:52 pm

I've been told that there is a store which deals in good quality second-hand furniture and house-hold goods, ideal for buy-to-let.
Can anyone advise where I might find it?

Steptoes in Pafos provide low cost buy-to-rent packages including white goods if you need them - 99442869.

Alternatively, we’ve just furnished three apartments with furniture from Vibe in Limassol – excellent quality and service and about CY£1,600 per apartment.

It may be worth paying a little extra, in order to rent your apartment, there are so many on the market, with 'Holiday Furniture'.

Yes, you're right .... but if the opportunity was there to get better quality newish second-hand as opposed to new "holiday" furniture, I know which I'd go for. It's only for the occasional let to f&fs to subsidise running costs until we relocate.
