......namely the Presidential Palace and House of Deputies - all the occupants pf these buildings seem to be able to do is move hot air around in vast quantities

It's not a waste if the money stays in CY pockets. :wink:

But it doesn't stay in our pockets because we have to pay twice for electricity generation..... :x
